Use of precision measuring instruments (vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges), marking tools, layout work, and tolerance understanding from ±0.5mm to ±0.02mm, angular accuracy up to 10ʹ (minutes).

Basic to advanced filing, sawing, and cutting techniques using hand tools and machines, material preparation for fitting
