Fair, confidential, and accountable
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC), also known as the Vishaka Committee, has been formally constituted at Khamargachi Private ITI to prevent, prohibit and redress complaints of sexual harassment at the workplace/campus, in full compliance with the POSH Act, 2013 and NCVT/DGT safety mandates. The Committee is composed of internal faculty and staff members, external NGO and police representatives, and trainee representatives — ensuring balanced, fair and confidential grievance handling.
